multiple Mediabridge connections?

After pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I could only get 1 single mediabridge connection at a time, I realized that while my girder license was whole house, my original NR license was a single client.

I've already sent an email to sales@promixis.com since I need to upgrade to whole house regardless, but I wanted to check to make sure that 1 mediabridge connection at a time is a symptom of single vs. multiple NR licenses?
