Make sure that you have checked "Only send to first match" in the target settings. If there are multiple matches to your target specs girder will also send the command multiple times.

You're welcome ;-)

You can check if a program has multiple matches by pressing the "Find" button on the target window, if this lists more then 1 number you know there are multiple matches.

I am trying to use Girder 3.2.2 with an IRman and only the UIR/IRman/ plugin (Windows XP). Each key I press causes a repeat press of the key in applications. Channel + or - changes the channel 2 or 3 times, number keys repeat themselves twice, etc.

I've tried the following with no success in preventing repeats:

-different remotes
-different Antirepeat wait times in EventString from 0 to 20,000
-different Evation IRman plugin settings for IR speed (slow & fast)
-different UIR registry values for IRSpeed from 2 to 1,000
-F5 (Test Command) still produces the repeats

I do NOT have any "repeat key" problems discussed above when using the IRServer software (which I did not install until AFTER performing the testing above).

Any ideas? Thanks,

John Blanton

It is the little things in life that make the biggest difference! Thanks, that worked. Interestingly, there was only one visible incident of the program running.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 8)
