I'm pretty new to this stuff, but research to this point says that if I get the IRA by Home Electronics, the Sony RM-VL700 remote control, and download the Girder software, I could begin to have some fun?? I know a big question, is what do I want to do, but this setup will allow me to do something, right??

Thanks RonB, been on holiday, but should have added this question to the original. I presume that the arrow keys on the RM VL700 are programmed to provide mouse navigation.
