Wow thats a lot of questions in one message.
1. gxr -> gml get the convertor ( as I said in the FAQ )
2. DVDSpy does not control Winamp it reports information back to Girder.
3. Talking clock you need the sound samples form the download section, put them into the [girderdir]/sound subdir
BUT first of all learn to do basic stuff with Girder. See the getting started guide.

For getting information back from winamp ( or lots of other media program ) use DVDSpy.

Hi, I am a total newbie at this and I must say Girder is a lifesaver and so are some of the posters at this forum. Without either, I would not have gotten the PB Fast Media Remote to work, so thank you! But I am having some trouble with getting setup in Girder. I am using 3.2.4. I got a Winamp exported group and it is a .gxr file while Girder is looking for .gml files. Also, I went to get DVDspy because I figured I would need that to configure Winamp with the remote. When I installed it in my plugins dir and ran the .reg file, I kept getting errors each time I ran Girder and finally gave up. I don't know if I actually need it or not. Also, I am having trouble with the talking clock and understanding what Invert means, it seems that sometimes I need to click it and sometimes I don't. I am using WinXP and must say no other program even compares to Girder. But I do need some help so if some kind souls could help me configure Winamp 2.x I would be very appreciative. Thank you.

What programs or plugins are good for showing current track or a playlist of sorts? Is that what DVDspy is used for? I have gotten some decent settings in my PB remote, but I still would like to get some OSD for Winamp. Thanks.

I got the exported mouse accel group and I guess it doesn't seem so self explanatory after all. I put the traditional events associated with up, down, etc and after the mouse moves very, very slow. Then I put the same events with the second string of up, down, etc, and that didn't help. I guess I could use some assistance with this. Also I made sure advanced mouse event was running. Thanks.
