When I first discovered NetRemote, I had no idea how much it could do - I was just looking to take a step up from a Pronto and browse my MP3 collection interactively. Looking back, I wish I could have gotten a broad overview, to understand how much more is possible. With that in mind, I've started to write up the (many) ways in which I currently use NetRemote, in the context of describing the CCF that I use at home:

This will be too basic for experienced users, but hopefully it can be informative for newcomers. I talk a bit about what hardware I'm using, but I have not delved into the "how-to" aspects... I believe that is worth doing, since the knowledge is scattered across hundreds of forum posts, but I will leave it as an exercise for the future.

Best,
Tim

Very nice Tim - now be prepared for people asking for your CCF :)

The sites looks cool & just what is needed.
Look forward to the how to's

Is that a ipaq 210 in the pictures. I was thinking of buying one looks neat,
Does it perform well?

Great Job & well done

Thanks! That is an iPaq 210, but to be honest, I'm still using my Axim x51v's... I figured I should put up pictures showing a PocketPC that they still make, so I enlisted some help from Photoshop... I hope you'll forgive me! The 210 seems like it should be comparable to the x51v, but I haven't actually tried one yet. :)

Best,
Tim
