Try the Resize Window and Move Window functions under the Window tab in Girder. Use the following settings for the target of both of them:

Name: InterVideo WinDVD
Class Name: Afx:400000:8
Executable: WinDVD.exe

I tested this quickly and it mostly works, the only problem is that if you don't keep the aspect ratio of the window right it will chop off part of the movie. You can use variables in place of the X and Y values if you want to base the size and position of the window on the current resolution for example.

Is it possible to use girder to change the size and location of the video window in WinDVD 4 so as to replace YXY (which seems a bit buggy in my installation). I'm brand new to girder, but I've tried what I think is obvious and it won't resize the Video window.

None of the .gml or .gxr files that I've looked at seem to include this (just the straight maximise command).

Thanks

Thankyou Sir

It does work, perfect

I was dragging the crosshairs to the WinDVD window which also adds
Child Class: AfxOleControl42
Remove this argument and its perfect.
