I have used girder 3.2.x with WinXP Professional to send keystrokes
and it worked just fine; so you can scratch that off as not being the
source of your problem...

I'm sorry but I didn't find any help here and in the FAQs that's why I posted my question in the forum.

I have the following problem: First I used Windows 98SE, Girder 3.2, IRMAN and Pronto Remote Control. Everything worked just fine. Girder received commands and transmitted them (keystrokes) to the desired application (MultiDec and WatchTVPro).

Now I try to use the same hardware under Windows XP Professional. And Girder still correctly receives (and displays) the commands from the remote control but doesn't send it to the desired application anymore. If I select the comand in Girder and select "test command" it works just fine (with keystrokes 1, 2, 3 ... 0 but NOT with letters or fuction keys). I tried "send commands to foreground window" as well as specifying the application directly - it doesn't work.

What can I do? Is there a known problem with Girder and Windows XP Professional? Or do I just have to change something?

Thank you very much for answering.
