AST/Logitech IR Remote- Please Help!!!

uninstall the original software, then follow the documentation you found here.

uninstall the driver that came with the remote. This is blocking Girder from accessing the remote.

I must be an idiot, I've just got no idea how to make Grinder work with this remote. I read the help, searched, everything I could think of, I just don't know what to do! I installed the drivers, and the remote itself works fine, but I would like to re-map some keys, and make it work on Happlauge WinTV PCI under Win98SE.

Can some kind soul please lend some help???

I'm sorry, I still dont get it. I uninstalled the AST setup, the Logitech driver is still installed, but I still don't understand what to do. I click "Learn Event", it says at the bottom waiting for IR command, I push a button on the remote, and nothing happens. Also, by uninstalling the software, the mouse portion does not work anymore.
