Unable to open com port on winx xp

:( my IRDA port on windows is plugged on com2 and there is no other application ou process which use com2 but when i launch girder with any plugin, win xp tell to me : 'unable to open COM 2' or 'please check that no application ue this port' can you tell me what i must change in the configuration of my IRDA port
