Weird Repeat Problem

I am using Girder 3.23a, and I'm having trouble with repeating keys. Very rarely, but once in awhile, I will hit the enter key which brings up a menu in an application that I wrote, but when the menu comes up, and I press another key (not enter) it reads that as an Enter keypress. I'm wondering if there is some sort of buffer issue in Girder that I'm seeing. It could possibly be my program too, but if it was buffered, I would think it would execute the keystroke immediately rather than when a different key (on the remote) was pressed.

I'm looking for some more opinions, so whatever ideas you may have would be helpful.
