Bug in advance components

If I use ex. a scrolling text or a image progress bar component,
this buttons are always on top. Not possible to cover them with a frame.

Not a bug, the same thing occurs with all windowed controls.

You should however be able to use a non-transparent frame on top of these controls since that will create a window.
