bwana,

it would be easy for me to say the airboard :D but i don't think it is. So i would guess the plugin. I've tried it just now and I can't recreate it. The 760A00 means that F7+Alt is pressed,... What version of Girder are you using ?

I've seen the same thing with the Airboard in the past. I don't use the keyboard plugin at all now so I don't have any details to add :(, just confirming the symptoms...

The IRMan is a GREAT addition to Girder. HOWEVER, you can't use it with the keyboard. I use my Airboard receiver for keyboard only, and an IRMan for my Pronto. Up until I got my Pronto, the IRMan was working great with my a/v receiver's remote. The IRMan is a great addition for $35, and you don't have to worry about hotkeys and typing, etc.

I also noted something peculiar with the airboard, this is an excellent ir keyboard. I was trying to set notepad to execute with the f7 key. After I press learn event and hit the f7 key, i would see 760000 in the led display of girder. After saving and then minimizing girder, this key would become unresponsive. Reprogramming the learn event with the SAME key (f7) would then yield 760A00 in the LED display of girder. Obviously, girder was unresponsive because it's initial interpretation of the f7 keypress (760000) was faulty. Has this been reported?

Who is flakey, the airboard or girder?

I am using the latest version, 3.022. I really like the app (now that I've figured it out a little) I am still having trouble with the airboard receiver. Will an irman receiver substitute for the airboard one?

What you mention is my curret configuration. Airboard I receiver for Airboard and IRman for Pronto

Problem is the combo does produce flacky results. For example, a keyboard press of Alt-F1 which I use to shut down the computer conflicts with Bob Srel's MyHD CCF/Girder combo for Mute, which is Ctrl-U. I am trying to find a way to dump the Airboard Ir recever but it appears I'm stuck with both.
