View Full Version : Sabrent Remote

I have a Sabrent TV tuner card (can't remember the model number) but it came with a remote. I am able to use the remote with their packaged program but im trying to get it to work with Girder. When i try and set it up in Girder it doesnt detect any button presses, how can i make it work?

It may need a special plugin for that card, alternatively it may operate as a HID device. If you go into Windows' device manager does it appear in the list of HID devices?

All i see is the SAA7130 Video card, not the remote. but the remote works with the software that is shipped with the tv tuner.

I can't find any remote plugins anywhere, where are they?

THe IR plug into tv-tuner, right?

Try IR SERVER SUITE, google it.

Unfortunally that plugin from IR suite does not work with Girder, but at least you get your remote working in what software do you want.

Search on Mediaportal forum, there are beta( or alpha version) that work even on Win7.
