Girder5 does not speak/select voice (4does)

I am upgrading from 4 to 5.
Girder 5 won't speak, IU executed the enable commend, and the select-voice command still does not list any voice.

Then I assume it's my fault :)
- I missed it completely, did not see it like in Girder4 ,so I assumed it "just was there" - it works now
