Watchdog not restarting latest Girder

I have had this happen 3 times in the past 2 months and usually when I am away. The latest Girder seems to stop working (I have weather disabled for now) and Watchdog refused to restart it.

john, you must close the all girder dialog boxes ie the component manager and device manager windows - using the close button (not the X) or girder will eventually hang.

They are always closed when I am not working on anything.

same problem here.
Girder 5 sometimes just disappears, crashes.
the watchdog displays 3 red dots, but does nothing useful to solve it..

BTW: my "watchdog" draws the configure/exit buttons too low, they are just barely visible.
