Searching to add a remote control to manage all systems and macros without having to get up all the time to use the keypad switch, I have found that Acoustic Research has a universal remote control (ARRU449) with Wifi. Wanted to know if someone has tried this device with Girder or anyone know if it will work.
At this moment I think the best choice to control all systems will be the iconRemote RF from X10. Since it has RF and using the X10 RF Receivers (w800rf) you should be able to send RF commands to the PC to control lights, home audio and much more.
Correct me if I am wrong, in any event if I proceed and purchase the remote, I will let you know the outcome.
