Very Girder is seeing PLC

I have just received my automation hardware. Based upon the existing plugins in Girder I purchased a PowerLinc USB (2414U).

For the initial test I plugged in a lamp module (PLM01) and attemtped to turn it off with Girder and nothing happened. I can turn the lamp module on/off with the supplied SmartHome software so I know the PL and LM are working.

I suspect I have left something out in the PL setup for Girder. I went into Setup/Plugins and checked the PowerLinc USB plugin, clicked Apply and restarted Girder. Nothing happens. How can I verify Girder is talking to the PL?

It appears that Girder is NOT talking to the PL. I noticed that when the SmartHome software turns the LampLinc on or off a light on the PL flashes. This never happens with Girder.

What needs to the done to make Girder recognize the PL? Obviously I have not performed some type of setup. Please see previous note for what has been done in the Girder setup so far.
