girder function keys

any chance to turn off the girder function key associations?
F1-F10

i have a minikey usb keyboard which doesn't have ctrl, alt or windows keys, so i need to remap the most important stuff to F1-F10.
however i do not want to accidentally turn off girder events (F9) or open a logger window (F4) etc...
