convert 3.0 ->3.2

There are two converters on the download page. One goes from 3.0->3.1 and the other from 3.1->3.2. :)

How can I convert girder's 3.0 exported groups in girder 3.2
(convert only girder3.1 in 3.2, isn't it?)
