Can a mouse posistion be used (with enter key) as event

what it is you want to be done exactly? normally Girder is used to call programs on something that need to be handled as an input device...

if you're to use only the touch screen (the mouse) then all you would need is a simple menu program (like in the restaurant) - nothing related to girder

so I'd like to understand what is it you're trying to make using the touchscreen and "mouse" position.

I am thinking of using a touch screen as a input device instead of a IR remote or keyboard. I assume this emulates a mouse.?
