Hi all,

I'm preparing myself to migrate from XP MCE to Win 7 MCE and have few questions in regards of Girder version that will work with Win 7.

I have Girder 4 Pro now under XP MCE to handle my TV and receiver via rs-232 and its working very well.

I'm triggering some actions based on audio mixer master volume changes and I saw somewhere Girder 5 was able to handle Vista/Win 7 audio mixer while Girder 4 was not. Am i correct thinking that? Can someone clarify this for me please?

I'm using Girder only for serial and handling remote control purpose.

Thanks,

Charles

Correct Girder 4 will not work with the audio libraries starting Windows Vista and up (including Windows 7). You'll need Girder 5 for that.
