mouse events?

how do you get mouse events to come up like in girder 4 so that they can be used to trigger actions?

ok i tried the plugin for g4 but it doesn't log the events

I seem to remember that I had it working with G5. It´s not included? Check the plugin list as well as the component manager. Also, look at the logger tab to see if the mouse plugin is checked.

I was able to get it to show up in the plugin list and it lists it in the logger but it won't log or accept mouse clicks I have tryed a usb mouse a serial mouse and a ps/2 mouse

Not sure what your problem might be. I just went and downloaded the plugin again, installed it and noticed that it installed to \Promixis\Girder instead of \Promixis\Girder5, so I moved everything to the correct directories. After restarting Girder and checking the configuration tab on the plugin page, it works as I remember. I see the events in the logger.
