Just looking for some advice on a remote control choice that will work with Girder on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

I'm currently running Vista Ultimate 32bit, and using my old Winfast TV2000 remote control with Girder 3.3. I could never get the drivers for this remote to work with the 64bit edition of Vista, and will be upgrading soon to Windows 7 x64.

So I'm looking for a simple remote control, (one of those types that are USB plug n play) that will work on the 64bit edition of Windows 7 with Girder 5.

I need to be able to write simple functions such as launching Winamp playlist files, and media buttons for things like Boxee and Winamp.

Does anyone here have any recommendations, or have a remote working in the above situation?

Any advice appreciated.

cyberlink remote from play.com
mce remote , hp mce remote, dell mce remote
do not buy cheap mce clones, go with HP MCE second hand better( ebay).

I bought 10 cyberlink remotes from play.com ( uk) .
