Netremote designer missing sidebar

Probably a silly problem, but recently my sidebar on the left with properties and all the other configurations in NRD was gone, tried uninstall with removing registry entries, (with Perfect Uninstaller), and new fresh install.
When goggling i found someone with similar problem, there where som missing DLL files but i cant see that i miss any.

Try deleting the following keys in regedit


HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Promixis\NetRemote Designer\Editor

and


HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Promixis\NetRemote Designer\MenuBars
