newbie question

hi i am using netremote 2 on my htc touch pro and windows vista pc to control wmp. i connected everything up fine and followed the instructions to first connect my phone to the pc via usb to establish the connection. this worked then when i disconnect from pc and switch wifi on it all works fine. my question is do i need to do this every time i want to use the netremote because when i try to reconnect after switching my phone off it wont until i reconnect to pc via usb again. i left all the programs on the pc running as they were and never turned it off or anything. thanks for any help you can give.

That sounds a bit odd - you're presumably connecting to Mediabridge on the PC? This is probably a networking issue - can you try disabling any software firewalls temporarily and see if that lets you connect over wifi. Don't leave it disabled for too long obviously.
