Can Girder change a laptop to an external monitor?

To change from the LCD to a monitor, I have to hit Fn-F6 on my laptop. Question is, can this be programmed in Girder?

#1 - I do not se the <Fn> key in the special key menu
#2 - This combo presumably goes right into the BIOS (i.e. bypasses windows)

Given #1, and #2, is this doable with Girder?
