Take a look at the settings dialog, last tab. ;-)

What Ron meant was on the main Girder page, use the menu item file and choose settings ... This will bring up the Settings page with tabs at the top. The last tab is entitled "OSD Settings". Use the Select FOnt button from that page. :)
EDIT: to resemble ENGLISH.

i am wondering if there is any way to change the font and/or the size of the text displayed using any one of the OSD options. Out of all the OSD options: Girder->Simple OSD, Plugin->OSD PopUp, Plugin->Question OSD, none of them give the user an option to specify the font or font size. the reason i would like to do this is because i want to use a popup OSD to display something that i can be able to read when i am not right in front of the computer, such as the name of a song playing in Winamp, for example. but when the OSD pops up, i can't read the popup because the size is not much bigger than the size of the songname that Winamp itself displays. is there anything i can do, or do i need to wait for an updated version of one of the OSD plugins to incorporate this option?

hey ron that is of course the first thing i did. i am new to this forum but i have been messing around with girder for a little while. i went into settings and inserted the [variable] which holds the string i want to display. there is nothing in the settings of any of the osd plugins that let you specify font or size. if you have this option, then i'd be interested to know how that's possible. i am using version 3.24.

I just had the same question and found the answer here. I increased the font size to 72 (the maximum). This works well for using the Time2String plugin (which uses the OSD).
However, I understand anonim's point. If I used another plugin that used the OSD with more text than something like HH:MM, then it might not fit in the OSD.
Everything is currently fine, however, perhaps it's worthwhile to consider plugin-specific font sizes in future versions of Girder.
Just a suggestion,
Pete

Pete,
Shameless plug :D : Give XP_OSD (http://www.girder.nl/downloadn.php?Link=441) a spin. It allows you to set the font face, size, appearance, etc per command.
