WOL connectors and cables

Now it's my turn to ask for help. :D

When I started building the UIRT2 I had an opportunity to obtain some WOL PCB connectors and premade cables.
I am currently out of PCB connectors and have only some WOL cables left.
Does somebody know where these can be purchased, cheap of course...

$2 per cable. ISTR that they have a minimum order value - I can't remember what it is, but it's not that high ($10? $25?). Good vendors. I don't know about the connectors though.
