Jon,
How about making a separate button for "Import", rather than forcing the user to go into the Learn dialog first?
Also, a very minor FYI --- on the Import dialog box, the OK and Cancel buttons are in reversed position (in comparison to all the other dialogs); OK is on the right and Cancel is on the left.
