You don't talk about your hardware, but there are some remotes (Philips, RC5?) that send two different codes on two button presses, maybe that is happening for you, check the codes.

Hello!

I'm just new at Girder and just trying some features.

My main-issue is, that when I don't activate Anti-Repeat, my winamp jumps a few titels forward by pressing "Next". ok...not that problem. So i activated Anti-Repeat and set it to 200 (meanwhile I tried many other values between 20 and 1000). Ok..now it doesn't jump over a few files. But now I have the problem, that I have to press every button twice, until any action in WinAmp, PowerDVD or other Appz is done.

Has anyone an idea, how i can solve this problem? It's annoyingly to press the pause button twice until the music stops. :-?

P.S.: Sorry for my bad english. I'm from Germany and learned english just at school...

Hiho!

For the last two months, I havn't had the time to reply on this conclusion. Sorry 4 that.

But this isn't the problem. The remote sends one signal twice. I can see it in the girder software, when the code is shown by pressing a button on the remote.
I have an universal remote, where I can switch between different types of remotes.
I also know, that the cause isn't the remote because when I set the anti-repeat to a lower value, the software reacts imediatly, but as I said often more than it should, so that e.g. WinAmp skips some songs by pressing the skip button.

So I know, that this has to be a problem of the software. Perhaps someone know an answer.

Thanks
