Load CD solution

Temporal solution for LoadCD problem under Win98:
Find on http://www.winfiles.com program cdtray.exe and execute with Girder instead of command
"Load media". This program simply loads CD and exits.

This program was already fixed in Girder as far as I know ( don't have win9x ). Try the girder close cd tray.
