shutdown in windows XP - resolved :) :)

I had have a big problem with shoutdown in win xp and I resolved:
select O.S->execute
type: c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe
at step size type: -s -t 01 (very important this 01, if still not working, try to increase to 03 or more)

p.s. have anyone girder commands for Bsplay (video player) ??
