OT: Info required

Does anyone know of a program that can check when a CD is inserted and then check the contents of the root folder of the CD for say playlist.m3u. If the file is found automatically launch the program that is assigned to play that filetype.

This now I am using autorun.inf file to launch Winamp but this is a pain creating CD's with this file.

Any help would be great.

Where can I get hold of the InstantCD plugin for Winamp. I searched the Winamp site with no luck.

I use the girder dvdspy plugin to check for CD insert event and then start a very simple batch file doing some IF EXISTS xyz statements to launch the applications.
Not very elegant solution I know but works for most cases.
It seems also compatible with other programs checking for CDs inserted like InstantCD plugin for winamp (scanning for files winamp can play) windvd and microdvd player.
