help with chronos video shuttle II

i want to configure my remote to control dscaler. i read all the "getting started With Girder" manual but i still can't configure my remote with dscaler. could you please help me.

Since this is a BT8x8 card, you might try the Winfast plugin. I don't know if it will work though.

i got the winfast plugin and i'm gonna try it.also i e-mailed juan toledo for supprot since he has modified it to work with pixel view. i hope it wiil work.

Have you considered the possibility that your card is not supported ? That's what I think that the problem is. If you have programing experience you could try to modify the sources. ( see generic bt8x8 source on developers page ).
