Help on ButtonMode plugin

I cannot get this plugin to do what I want !!!! :cry:
All I want is quite simple - on first press, say "hello" (using the say plugin), then repeat indefinitely (say every second) until I release the button on the remote control. For some reason it is only triggering the first click, then the LED icon on the main window stops flashing. If I unload the ButtonMode plugin the button presses on the remote control work ok (with auto-repeat, and the LED icon flashes until I release the button).

That is very weird, the plugin should not be able to 'block' incoming events. Are you 100% sure that everything else is the same when you disable or enable the buttonmode plugin ?

Hi Ron, thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I have just been reading now about the experiences of others, and now I understand I'm not the first one to have this problem. It all boils down to the version of ButtonMode I have (1.3) which does not have the repeat option on the first click. I know that version 1.2.2 would cure my problem but I the links I have to it are dead :cry:
