I'm not sure just how to word the title here. I want to use IES on my HTPC and control it with webtablets. I have a large series of commands setup on my HTPC and have defined the eventstrings that will be received via IES to trigger them. Now I want to setup the client computer with the commands to send to the server but I don't want to have to type them all in over again, delete the eventstrings, and type in the hostname, port, password, and string for each one. Is there any way to automate taking an eventstring and transforming it into the corresponding IEC settings?
