Simple question, how does one use this command and is it possible to have it do two different commands, ie, one if window is there and one if not.

Ok, the command works like this:
1. Press Target and select the window you want to watch for.
2. The first browse button allows you to select the command or multicommand group to do IF THE WINDOW EXISTS.
3. The second browse button allows you to select the command or multicommand group to do if the window DOESN'T EXIST or is not found.
Whenever this command is run, it will look for the window. Then it will goto wherever you say to go for either state. Upon completeing those new commands, it will come back and keep going through whatever commands are in the same group as the IF WINDOW EXIST group with the same STATE.
Hope that helps....
