Plugin Code 2?

Hi,

What is 'Code 2:' in the UIRT2 plugin interface?

Also, can the two emitter jacks be independently controlled? Looking
at the schematic, it appears they can be, but I don't see how to
specify the output using the plugin (unless that's the answer to
my first question).
