After installing Girder and using it to set the master volume, now when ever I change the volume using the standard microsoft volume control the PC speaker beeps. It used to play the system default wav sound.
I have checked the sound control panel and all the events have a wav associated with them. I also tried removing my sound card device from the device manager and reinstall it but it still does the same thing. Anyone have any other ideas? Developers, any pointers on what the volume controls are doing in Girder?
