Problem with IRMan, tried everything..

I tried all the things I read on this forum, but my IRMan is still not working, it still don't load the drivers.

The first time i've installed Girder I had the same problem, but something on this forum solved the problem, but I can't find it anymore and I don't know anymore what it was.

Can anybody help me?

Make sure the software that came with the IRMan is not running someplace. It will lock the com port and prevent the plug-in from initializing.
