UIRT2 Fried

Hello,

I'm trying to update my UIRT2 to 1.8 firmware. The first time í've used a JDM programmer and that worked nice.
But at this time, when I tried to use In-circuit programmer, when I put +12V, diode D1 flashed, fried and died :D , what can be wrong?

I recalled someone mention D1 is displayed incorrectly on the schematic, and indeed if I check the PCB vs the Picture vs the Schematic, the latter seems to be reversed.

Did you build according to the PCB or according to the Schematic?

I've built UIRT2a following PCB layout. D1, anote points to Xtal.

Are you saying D1 is connected to the crystal?
