bug: changing resolutions

this might not be a very common problem... Girder seems to read the list of the available resolutions only on startup and switch resolutions according to the list index.
This should be fine in most configurations. But I own an Matrox G400 DualHead card which allows me to switch on and of its dual head option without having to reboot. Unfortunately this changes the list of available resolutions and Girder switches to the wrong resolution after having the dual head option switched on or off...

Ron can you change this? Maybee the best would be to keep saving the resolution as a string, but reading the list just before doing the switch?

By the way, do you have an idea how to switch dualhead on and of without having to go through the display controll pannel?
