How to zoom page in IE (Ctrl + Wheel)

The problem - I can send mouse event or keyboard event but not both at the same time.
May be there is another way to zoom IE.

Since no one else has answered ...

YOu might be able to turn on the accessability option for sticky-keys. This is supposed to turn the Alt, Ctrl and Shift keys into toggles. I haven't tried this so I don't know if it actually works. :(

EDIT: This appears to work via the keyboard and mouse on NT 4.0 but I haven't tried it with Girder.
