I'm hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this.

I've been running the Igor plugin (Beta 1.07) with a TSOP reciever (Home built) and an Airboard IR keyboard on Win2kpro with great success for quite a while.

Recently I did an upgrade to the HTPC and swapped out the MB and went from 2Kpro to XP. This is where things went haywire. Now, I am fine with the Igor plugin and girder alone, but when ever i use the Airboard, the system goes completely spastic. CPU goes usage throught the roof with a key press but more importantly, the mouse is completely unuable, it skips and jitters all over the screen.

It seems obvious that the Igor plugin/reciever is picking up the Airboard signals and causing Girder to take fully control of the CPU. But, why now with XP and new MB and not with old MB and Win2k pro?

Again, I'm hoping for some insight or maybe a solution.

Oh, I've been through the Command order, Priority Levels, and Ring0 priorty in advanced settings. These will only make it to where I cannot recieve acurate signals what so ever. I've also tried going to 1.0 of Igors drv as well with same issues.

Thanks,
Will

The CPU usage is caused by the igor plugin.

Igor plugin is known to have some problems under XP. ( probably because M$ changed something ). The only advice that seems to work for other users is to lower the priority.
