I've been having problems with my remote only working when it wants to. I am using Windows XP Professional, and have a Packard Bell reciever and remote. Usually, the IR code displayed when I press a button is usually a long series of letters and numbers (i.e. 08F710EF). However, at other times, the IR code displayed is a short series of numbers and occasionally letters, and pressing the same button results in one of about 10 codes used over and over, and the same codes are used no matter what button I press (i.e. 00, 211, 108F). Is my hardware faulty, or am I doing something wrong? Please let me know, because I love using Girder when it works!
