after girder installation, standby doesn´t work anymore

Hello,

after I installed girder, my standby-mode isn´t working anymore. Each time I put my system in standby, it wakes up after a few seconds again. The problem occures only as long as girder is active.

You probably have a hardware device that is configured to bring the computer out of standby when it detects activity.

i.e. serial port, parallel port, keyboard, mouse, IR Receiver

I have a serial port IR reciever, but I didn´t know that it sends signals even when I don´t use the remote control. And when girder is not active, the IR receiver is not a problem.
