I'm having the problem also. I was hoping to use this plugin to see if I got different results from the built-in one, which doesn't seem to handle RC6 codes correctly.

Looking at the source, it looks like Monster's UIR plugin returns 0 from the h_support_functions call. It needs to return 1 if the passed in pointer is NULL, right?

This is lacking in the API document. My bad. :sad:

Hi all,
I been trying to use Monster's UIR pluging with my home made UIR. I am running Girder V3.0.23 and have run into the following problems.

1- On power up of Girder I get the following message " Plugin requested unknow support function you might need to upgrade Girder"

2- Under Windows 98SE, unable to run on COM1, COM2 is ok. Ron's UIR plugin works fine on COM1.

Sorry for long silence, I was away (in the deep Russian village - no computers, just cows and stuff :smile: )

I will try to fix all problems ASAP. And I will release v1.3 soon.

Hi

What is the diference between RC5 and RC6 codes with a pronto? RC5 often sends more than one code per each press of the same button. Does RC6 have this problem?
