Please, Please could someone help, I’m loosing hair at an ever increasing rate, and I didn’t have much to start with!!!!. It’s probably a very simple answer (if so I’ll apologies in advance).

Can anyone tell me how to ‘Que’ a specific Winamp play list ready to play. I can control of the functions of the list when it’s up (play, pause, stop etc.) but I can’t manage to select a specific play list out of my library.

All I want to do is create a command (or better still if some kind soul could give me an exported command) that will ‘Que’ (ready to play) a playlist, say “Bob Dylan - Blood On The Tracks”, then I’ll use my normal commands to control it.

Many thanks in advance

Martin

:(

I’m a new’ish user and have the latest version of both Girder and the Winamp plug-in.

For queuing a specific playlist in Winamp, you have to use the "Execute" command in Girder, which is located under the "O.S." tab.
Use the Browse button and find you "Winamp.exe" file.
Then, in the "Step Size" textbox, put:
/add c:\music\Bob Dylan - Blood On The Tracks.m3u

Welcome to Girder!

Cheers SouthyPar, thanks for the advice!

It works well however any suggestions on how I can get WinAmp with the selected Playlist not to come up in the foregroung when it's selected?!? - I would like it to come up in the background.

Cheers again

Martin

Well, I haven't a clue as to what would be the most eloquent way of doing that, but you could always create a multigroup, wherein the first command is the "Queue playlist" and the 2nd command is to Minimize Winamp.
