Recently a post over on the LCDC forums asked about interest in a Girder plugin. There wasn't a huge response, but like I said there, I imagine this is one of those things that would gain interest once it's available.

There has been only one post about this here that I could find. Is this something others are thinking about or would like to use, or do Girder-ers not get down with lcd's much? The two just seem logically connected. I understand we have a plugin for LCDriver, but my personal view is that LCDC is a more versatile application...

Mr. Augier of LCDC mentioned in his post that for it to work it might require plugins on both sides, a Girder plugin for LCDC and an LCDC plugin for Girder.

This is something I'd be very interested in seeing happen, just wondered what others thought...

Hi Luke,

I think most Girder people use the LCD plugin by MMcM, it connects to http://lcdriver.pointofnoreturn.org/ of course more supported hardware is always good.

Note Mike's (MMcM) plugin is opensource maybe that will save you guys some time.
