Just stick a '-' in front of the number you want to decrease the volume by. (And don't forget to click apply)

I can't seem how to figure out how to link a function in girder, to decrease the volume under windows 2000. By default, if you select volume change under the OS tab, it will increase the volume, when it is activated. I can't get it to decrease the volume, anyone know how?

BTW, I tried searching, but no luck on previous posts, if this was discussed already, a simple link would be appreciated! Thanks
